Our Armed Forces Discount is designed to give a little back and help towards some of the costs that come with moving, whether that’s putting money towards moving expenses, temporary accommodation or helping make your purchase more affordable.
How Much Could You Save?
Here’s an example of how the scheme could help:
On a £250,000 home, you could receive a £5,000 discount.
£250,000 divided by £25,000 = 10
10 x £500 discount = £5,000
Final purchase price = £245,000
How It Works
Our Armed Forces Discount is available to eligible members of the Armed Forces who meet our qualifying criteria.
To apply, you’ll need to be currently employed by the Armed Forces at the time of purchase and provide three months of payslips confirming your employment.
Many buyers use the savings from the scheme to help with moving expenses, temporary accommodation, furnishing their new home or covering legal and professional fees.
