When you buy a home with Tilia Homes, you’ll benefit from the reassurance of a 10-year NHBC Buildmark policy, giving you added peace of mind long after you’ve moved in.

Your home also comes with a two-year builder warranty from Tilia Homes, starting from legal completion, alongside a further eight years of structural insurance cover provided by an approved warranty provider such as NHBC or LABC.

We know moving into your new home is an exciting moment, and we want everything to be just right from day one. Once you’ve moved in, we ask that you carefully inspect your home as soon as possible, ideally on the day you receive your keys, so any issues can be identified early and resolved quickly.

If you notice any snags, simply report them to your regional Customer Care team. During the first four weeks after legal completion, your site team will manage any reported issues directly. After this period, our Customer Care team will continue to support you by coordinating any required repairs with the relevant trades.
